Welcome to AlIslam Travels UK. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before booking any Hajj or Umrah package with us.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your package. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline.
2.3 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed payment methods.
2.4 Failure to make full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to applicable cancellation fees.
3.2 Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 60 days to process.
3.4 In case of visa refusal, refunds will be processed after deducting administrative costs and charges incurred.

4. Passport, Visa, and Travel Documents
4.1 It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity from the date of travel.
4.2 Visa applications will be processed by AlIslam Travels UK, but approval is subject to the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
4.3 Any additional documents required must be provided promptly to avoid delays in processing.

5. Travel Insurance
5.1 We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 AlIslam Travels UK will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

6. Changes to Itinerary
6.1 AlIslam Travels UK reserves the right to alter travel itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to airline schedule changes, hotel availability, and Saudi government regulations.
6.2 Any changes will be communicated to travelers as soon as possible.

7. Responsibility and Liability
7.1 AlIslam Travels UK acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers.
7.2 Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and must exercise caution during their trip.
7.3 AlIslam Travels UK shall not be held liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, political instability, or government-imposed restrictions.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Travelers must adhere to all local laws and religious guidelines while in Saudi Arabia.
8.2 Any misconduct or violation of local laws may result in penalties, and AlIslam Travels UK will not be responsible for any consequences faced by the traveler.

9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1 Any complaints must be reported to AlIslam Travels UK in writing within 14 days of returning from the trip.
9.2 We will endeavor to resolve all complaints amicably, but any disputes that cannot be resolved shall be subject to UK jurisdiction.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
10.1 AlIslam Travels UK reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2 It is the traveler’s responsibility to review the latest terms before booking.
